Here are a few pictures from Monday's session. I know I may have to run away very fast...

A misty morning at Duxford.

One man and his nozzle.

Attention to detail, as always.

Who left that there?

Regards,

John

If it makes a noise, I'll record it. If it moves and makes a noise, I'll record it in in high definition surround-sound.

As always, ML407 attracted a lot of attention - the Typhoon just went 'vroooom' and disappeared into the distance, so not really a crowd pleaser! Mr. Kingman was being extremely active, in spite of the nasty injury to his left hand and wrist, making sure that ML407 looked and performed her best.

For those interested, here's a picture of the rig that I was using to make some new recordings - trying out an alternative microphone system that's not quite as big and heavy as my current one and comparing the two using a brand new high-definition audio interface. Don't forget that the CD is still available, and I've just ordered another 50 to replenish the stock, so those of you who haven't got one yet have no excuse for not forking out a tenner in order to get hold of one!

I'll be at various shows this year, as work allows, collecting material for a second volume, so if you see the grey windshield up in the air and a chap with a grey beard underneath, that'll be me. Come and say hello, but very quietly!

Regards,

John
