I've always been a big Len Deighton fan, both of his novels and of his immaculately researched books on WW2. He's been quiet for many years now, but I came across a recent interview in which he stated that he's "writing “a big, big book on the history of aero engines”.
On past form, this should be a must-have. I'll keep an eye open for it.
Regards,
John

If it makes a noise, I'll record it. If it moves and makes a noise, I'll record it in in high definition surround-sound.
