Hi all,
Read this today - looks to be a good set of programes for September.
"The real battle of britain" - Ewan Mcgregor and his brother relieving the aircraft of the era and talking to people about that time.
"Dig 1940" - excavating wartime artefacts
"First Light" - the drama-documentary about Geoffrey Wellum. I really loved his book of his journey to the RAF and highly recommend it to anyone.
"BOB - the real story" - tactics, technolgies and analysis of the battle
"Culture Show" - exploring the works of art that came out from the war
"Wellington bomber" - the attempt to build a Welly in a day!
"Spitfire Women" - the women of the ATA (PS. anyone we know taking part in this??

"BBC archive" - original recordings and documents
