  Here are a few from LLA members day at Coningsby on Sunday. It was a real shame that the weather was so awful and the flying was cancelled but it was still great to get so close to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

Nice pics - most of mine came out really dull.  And it was a real shame there was no flying - except the heli, and the Reds coming over late afternoon.

I saw one person with the ML407 cap - would that have been you per chance?  Apologies it was - I really should have said hello.

Wife and I were given a close up tour of the flight back in August.
Lucky to spend three hours there walking the hanger and spending nearly an hour in the Lanc.
We were invited back two days later to see her go off to RAF Benson to display and have a chat with one of the crew.
THEN saw a full display before she left.
Memorable.








And a pint in the Petwood Hotel afterwards.
