The weather was lovely for Highclere Castle Battle Proms and I am delighted that this clip confirms I was in time with the music.

Such a lovely setting and I did not know until now that this was the setting used for Downton Abbey which was a series I really enjoyed.

Wow!!!  The ending could not have been more perfect; ML407 passing by the castle and then fading into the setting sun like the conclusion of an epic movie.  The timing was absolutely perfect. Congratulations on a magnificent performance Carolyn. We in America are eagerly awaiting the second half of Downton Abbey.  Wish they would get on with it.

Yes .....I was there to see the Grace Spitfire do her show...and properbly I will see her again this year,
Al the way from the Netherland to see ML 407....what a pitty that she doesn,t want to see me anymore..
