Hello All,

My significantly better half Becky is running the Royal Parks half marathon in London next month for the Cystic Fibrosis trust in the memory of her late friend who died due to complications from the condition.

Anything, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated to help Becky reach her sponsorship target.

Please click the following link to visit her sponsorship page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/RebeccaNadal

Best Regards,
James

Hi Andy,

She did indeed! Apologies - I have been meaning to post about it.

Here are some words from Becky:

Dear all,

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the royal parks foundation half marathon, it is very much appreciated.

It was an absolutely amazing day on Sunday and I thoroughly enjoyed taking part. The atmosphere was fantastic and the location was lovely, with the perfect mix of iconic city scenes and pretty autumnal landscapes. What made the event extra special was the fact that, due to your kind generosity, I managed to raise £770.00 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust - a charity very dear to my heart.

Thought I would share with you a few pictures from the day - I kept smiling from start to finish!! Smiley

Many thanks again.

Best wishes,
Becky.
