My significantly better half Becky is running the Royal Parks half marathon in London next month for the Cystic Fibrosis trust in the memory of her late friend who died due to complications from the condition.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the royal parks foundation half marathon, it is very much appreciated.
 
It was an absolutely amazing day on Sunday and I thoroughly enjoyed taking part. The atmosphere was fantastic and the location was lovely, with the perfect mix of iconic city scenes and pretty autumnal landscapes. What made the event extra special was the fact that, due to your kind generosity, I managed to raise £770.00 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust - a charity very dear to my heart.
 
Thought I would share with you a few pictures from the day - I kept smiling from start to finish!!

Thanks James and well done Becky, My 3 sons have all managed a half marathon so far ......!
I get tired just cheering them on !!!!
