Well by? now most of us have read that the Gathering for next year is to be at Old Warden, home of the Shuttleworth Collection on Saturday June 9th.

Many of us who have been there will know that is is one of those special places with an atmosphere to match, such wonderful vintage aeroplanes, cars etc..to have the Gathering there I think will be excellent and I am looking forward to seeing all the familiar faces and the new ones.

Someone mentioned to me that? moving from Duxford next year may be a problem...Old Warden is more central and believe me, it is well worth a visit at any time.

See you there
Regards
Andy D

Old Warden will allow Carolyn to put on a much more intimate display for us, and for those with cameras, it doesn't get any better than Old Warden for pictures.

You will also have access to the Swiss Garden, which is a wonderfull place (especially in the summer). As Andy has already said, the Shuttleworth collection is home to a great collection of aircraft, vehicles and bikes. It's location just off the A1 makes it very easy to find, and the hospitality at the collection is always superb.

I just hope Steve doesn't get lost going cross country again! Grin
