Hello all,
As James quite rightly said, we had strayed way off topic. So to start this new thread off, a nice easy one.
"your car ? " "Yes" " Pretty car"

James, my wife who is English saw your Brave Robin and shed a tear. We have an American Robin but it is only a look a like and rarely if ever seen in the desert southwest Tomorrow is our Thanksgiving and so we will give credit to the pilgrims who named the look-a-like a Robin because they were so homesick and destitute.

James,
Lovely pictures of the Robin, we have 2or3 visit our garden. Kate has a Tenebrio culture (mealworm) going for the birds, Robins
are very partial to these. One got very friendly and would land near to her when she was gardening and wait for some to be put
out, waitress service no less.

"Your car? Pretty Car..." Is from The Italian Job - a wonderful movie, and "Ditto" is from Ghost, as far as I remember.
Do I win anything?

James, as we seem to be on a movie theme, your flying swans reminded me of a most incredible movie called "Winged Migration." It is the kind of movie to watch when you need to get mellow. There is no trick photography in it, just some very clever ways of filming the birds. If you love birds ,this is your movie. The opening sequence is most wonderful. The story of how they made it is equally interesting. Probably the most relaxing 2 hours you will ever spend. Enjoy if you haven't already seen it. Lovely music as well.

well done john, and david i once saw a documentory about a man who had these swan's and they thought of him as there dad,
anyway, he would go out in this little boat and race up the river and thet swans would fly along side him so close you could touch them, it was amazing, and gave you a real lump in your throat, i'm lucky enough to live right on a river and we have lot's of swan's there and quite ofen they take off , i love the sound there wings make you know that wooshing sound , oh that reminds me , yesterday i was out walking,
anyway this place i go has peragrin's nesting and it's amazing all these bird watchers have eyepeices you can look through at them but yesterday their was no one but me walking my jacks , and out of no were came three peragrins and they were only about fourty feet from my head, they were diving and sort of playing with each other, well, one of them wooshed past me and actually made that woosh sound with it's wing's, it was amazing, it's not ofen you get to exsperiance somthing like that, i was gutted no one was there to see it, still i was, lucky me,
right back to the film,s paul i like that bit about haze my lovely, made me go all shivery, don't know the film sound very shakespearian, please bring back the spell check james, this is becoming quite embarasing, i am hopeless at spelling, ah i just thought of a good one, it stars a beautiful english rose actress and an american super hero, this is the line
" IS IT YOU " one of my favourite films a real love story,
crazy- haze x
me miss spell check
