Some amazing pictures of battle damaged B17's that managed to make it home, absolutely astonishing that they made it home.

         Hello James, 

                             Thanks for posting that , interesting site. It's amazing how much damage  aircraft could sustain and still
               be flown home. The skill and resilience of the pilots and crews was incredible.
